Class B Licensing

CLASS B VENDOR LICENSING PROCESS

Obtaining a Class B Tribal Vendor License from the Fort McDowell Tribal Gaming Office will require just a few minutes of time. The short application form must be completed and notarized. Any vendor that is providing goods or services is required to pay a $50 licensing fee.

Note: The Tribal Gaming Office issues Licenses, but has no operational role in the purchasing process. The granting of a License by the Tribal Gaming Office does not constitute a guarantee of business with the Fort McDowell Gaming Center.

VENDOR GIFT POLICY

All vendors are required to read, understand, and comply with the Fort McDowell Gaming Center Gift Policy.

Complying with the FMGC Gift Policy

The new Gift Policy can basically be summed up in two sentences:

The Gift Policy requires every vendor to report any gift(s) given to employees of the Gaming Center that total more than $100 in a single month.
The Gift Policy requires every vendor to receive approval from the Tribal Gaming Office before giving a gift(s) valued at $100 or more.

Vendors that make good-faith efforts to report the gifts they give to employees will have no problems complying with the Gift Policy.
