VENDOR LICENSING OVERVIEW
The Fort McDowell Tribal Council has authorized the Tribal Gaming Office to license all vendors who wish to provide goods or services to the Fort McDowell Gaming Center. The following licensing standards apply to all vendors wishing to do business with the Fort McDowell Casino:
Manufactures and Distributors of “Gaming Devices.” Providers of “Gaming Devices” under the Fort McDowell Gaming Compact must apply for a Class “A” Tribal Gaming Vendor License. Certification by the Arizona Department of Gaming is also required.
Gaming Related Goods or Services Vendors providing certain gaming-related goods or services, such as security systems, information management hardware/software, or Gaming Supplies may be required to obtain a Class A Tribal Gaming Vendor License and an A.D.O.G. Certification.
If you are unsure if your company’s business would be considered to be “gaming related,” please call the Vendor Licensing Department at 480.798.4792 for clarification.
Non-Gaming Goods or Services (over $10,000 in any single month) Vendors providing any goods or services in excess of $10,000 in a single month must apply for a Class “A” Tribal Gaming Vendor License. Certification by the Arizona Department of Gaming is also required.
Non-Gaming Goods or Services (Less than $10,000 in any single month) Vendors providing between $1 and $9,999 in goods or services in a single month must apply for a Class “B” Tribal Gaming Vendor License.
